Refund policy

At Hawg Syndicate, we stand behind what we make.

Every item is printed on demand, which means your gear is produced specifically for your order. Because of that, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, or change-of-mind purchases.

That said — if something shows up wrong, damaged, or defective, we’ll make it right. No runaround.

We offer refunds or replacements for:

Incorrect items
If we sent the wrong product, size, color, or design.

Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives damaged or has a clear production issue.

Lost packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier or shows no tracking movement for 10 or more business days after the last scan.

Refund Request Window

Refund or replacement requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

To request a refund or replacement, email us at support@hawgsyndicate.com with:

  • your order number,
  • a brief description of the issue,
  • and clear photos of the product, packaging, or damage if applicable.

Photos may be required so we can review the problem and resolve it quickly.

Non-Refundable Cases

Because each item is made to order, we generally do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • ordering the wrong size,
  • entering the wrong shipping address,
  • buyer’s remorse,
  • change of mind,
  • color differences caused by screen/device settings,
  • minor print placement or garment variations,
  • normal fading or wear after use,
  • damage caused by improper washing or care.

Exchanges

We do not offer standard size exchanges at this time because each product is made specifically for your order.

Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing.

Garment Care

For best long-term wear, follow the washing and care instructions provided with your order.

Hawg Syndicate is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, bleaching, ironing, or general misuse after delivery.
