Hawg Syndicate is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online store. However, please note that colors, product appearance, garment shades, mockups, and print details may differ from how they appear on your screen due to the type of device you use, your device settings, lighting conditions, display calibration, photography, and normal production variation.
Many of our products are made-to-order or produced through print-on-demand fulfillment specifically after a customer places an order. Because of this production process, reasonable variations may occur between the product mockups displayed on our website and the final delivered product, including but not limited to print placement, garment shade, stitching, sizing tolerances, ink saturation, fabric texture, alignment, seam placement, and overall print appearance.
Such variations are considered normal and acceptable within apparel and print-on-demand production and do not automatically constitute defects. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these reasonable production variations as part of the custom, made-to-order nature of our products.
We reserve the right to use equivalent garment brands, manufacturers, materials, blanks, or fulfillment partners when necessary due to inventory availability, production requirements, supplier changes, operational constraints, shipping limitations, or other circumstances outside our direct control, provided that the final product remains substantially similar in quality, fit, and appearance.
We do not warrant that the appearance, fit, quality, exact color, exact print position, or other characteristics of any products purchased by you will perfectly match product images, digital mockups, or your expectations, except where required by applicable law.
All descriptions of products, pricing, specifications, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, design, collection, or service at any time.
We may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, household, geographic region, jurisdiction, or business entity on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Hawg Syndicate reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, modify, or cancel your order for any reason at its discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, suspected unauthorized activity, pricing errors, inventory issues, fulfillment limitations, intellectual property concerns, payment problems, or violations of these Terms.
Your order is not accepted until Hawg Syndicate confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Hawg Syndicate may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests, address changes, product changes, or size changes after an order is accepted or once production has begun.
In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, shipping address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own lawful personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale, export, or redistribution.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, automated systems, bots, or any person or entity attempting to misuse our Services.
Customers initiating fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, abusive payment disputes, or unauthorized payment reversals may be restricted from future purchases and may be reported to payment processors, fraud prevention services, or other appropriate parties.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs charges, import duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or other applicable fees.
Prices posted in our online store may be different from prices offered in physical stores, marketplaces, advertisements, promotional materials, or online stores operated by third parties. We may offer promotions from time to time that may affect pricing and that may be governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms will govern for that promotion.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases made through our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, payment details, and billing information, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such payment method for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes or fees, if any.
If we suspect that an order involves fraud, unauthorized payment activity, abuse, or violation of applicable law, we reserve the right to cancel the order, request additional verification, restrict future purchases, or take other appropriate action.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All shipping and delivery timeframes displayed on our website, in emails, or during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production and delivery times may vary depending on product type, order volume, fulfillment partner capacity, carrier availability, seasonal demand, weather, customs processing, and other factors outside our direct control.
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, fulfillment partners, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers, weather events, labor disruptions, holidays, supply chain interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit operations and delivery timelines are outside of our direct control. However, if your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will reasonably attempt to assist in resolving the issue with the carrier or fulfillment partner whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If an order is delayed, returned, misdelivered, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment can occur.
We currently ship within the United States only.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, audio, designs, artwork, logos, product photos, slogans, icons, website layouts, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Hawg Syndicate, its affiliates, service providers, or licensors and are protected by U.S., European, and other applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, sell, resell, or exploit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms, nothing in these Terms grants or shall be construed as granting a license or other rights to you under any patent, trademark, copyright, trade dress, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of Hawg Syndicate, Shopify, or any third party. Unauthorized use of the Services may violate applicable intellectual property laws.
Hawg Syndicate’s name, logos, product names, service names, designs, slogans, branding elements, and visual identity are trademarks or trade dress of Hawg Syndicate or its affiliates or licensors. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, remove, or restrict any order, design, customer submission, or content that we believe may violate intellectual property laws, platform policies, fulfillment partner policies, or our own brand standards.

You may be provided with access to customer tools or features offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

Hawg Syndicate is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Hawg Syndicate.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Hawg Syndicate, including any injury, damage, delay, dispute, chargeback, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.
You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Hawg Syndicate, except where such release is prohibited by applicable law.

SECTION 25 - SIZING, GARMENT CARE, AND PRODUCT EXPECTATIONS
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, size charts, measurements, fit notes, and garment information before purchasing.
Sizing may vary slightly between garment styles, manufacturers, manufacturing batches, suppliers, and fulfillment partners. Minor sizing differences, fit preferences, or customer selection errors do not constitute product defects.
Customers are responsible for following all recommended garment care instructions provided with the product or displayed on our website. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, bleaching, ironing, dry cleaning, storage, exposure to harsh chemicals, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions after delivery.
Natural fading, softening, garment-dyed variation, distressing, cracking, or slight print wear over time may occur depending on garment type, usage, washing method, and care routine. Such changes are normal characteristics of apparel products and do not automatically constitute defects.
SECTION 26 - CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Services are not directed toward children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
